USGA rules govern all play as modified by local rules

Out of bounds
Beyond White Stakes, Lines and Fences. Any ball coming to rest in parking lot is deemed to be Out of Bounds (Local Rule)

Lateral Water Hazards
Defined by Red Stakes or Lines

Relief Situations
Free relief given when any of the following interfere with stance or swing: cart paths, bridges (unless within hazard), shelters, french drains, sprinkler heads or newly planted trees (identified by yellow band)
