Corporate Membership
A Corporate Member is a corporation incorporated or qualified to do business
in the State of Illinois and in good standing with the Secretary of State
of Illinois.
The corporation shall designate one (1) person twnty-one (21) years of age or older who is an officer, director or key employee of the corporation as the Designated Corporate Member. The Corporate Member may also designate three (3) additional people twenty-one (21) years of age or older as an Associate Corporate Member who can be designated as a golfing or social member subject to appropriated fees.
The rights and privileges of a Corporate Member in good standing include the right of the Designated Corporate Member to vote, hold office, and be a director and for any Corporate Member to have full use of the Clubhouse, Golf Course, and all Club facilities subject to the By-Laws of the Club and all rules, regulation and policies of the Club.
